海拔高度对雪茄烟多酚类物质含量的影响(英文)

为研究不同海拔高度种植的雪茄烟多酚类物质含量差异,本试验以川雪一号为研究对象,采用大田试验的方法,研究不同海拔高度雪茄烟进入成熟期后多酚类化合物含量和多酚氧化酶活性的变化。结果表明:(1)进入成熟期后,各海拔高度种植的雪茄烟绿原酸、芸香苷和莨菪亭含量逐渐增高,均在25 d达到最大值。(2)随着海拔高度的升高,雪茄烟的绿原酸、芸香苷和莨菪亭含量越高,均表现为海拔高度350 m的绿原酸、芸香苷和莨菪亭含量最低,海拔高度1 090 m的绿原酸、芸香苷和莨菪亭含量最高。(3)各海拔高度种植的雪茄烟,进入成熟期后,其PPO活性基本上呈现先升高后降低的趋势。(4)海拔高度为840 m种植的雪茄烟PPO活性相对较高,其次是海拔高度为600 m和350 m,海拔高度为1 090 m种植的雪茄烟PPO活性最低。(5)海拔高度与绿原酸、芸香苷、莨菪亭3种多酚类物质的含量呈显著正相关关系,与绿原酸和莨菪亭占多酚总量的比例均呈现负相关关系,与芸香苷占多酚总量的比例呈现正相关关系;温度与绿原酸、芸香苷、莨菪亭3种多酚类物质的含量呈负相关关系;光照强度与绿原酸、芸香苷、莨菪亭3种多酚类物质的含量呈正相关关系;海拔...
