【摘要】：正 成人教育期刊日益增多,诸多同仁新从事编辑工作,有一个较明确的质量鉴定标准,显得十分重要。笔者冒昧地谈点肤浅之见。判定一个成人教育期刊办得好与坏,首先应该看其是否实现了办刊的宗旨。做什么事,总要有一个明确的目的。目的达到了,才算是动机与效果的统一。办刊物,仍然不能例外。依此,如果办刊宗旨全实现了,就高,就好;如果只是部分达到了,
[Abstract]:With the increasing number of adult education periodicals, it is very important for many colleagues to be engaged in editing work and have a clear quality standard. The author ventured to talk about some superficial views. To judge whether a journal of adult education is good or bad, we should first see if it has fulfilled the aim of running it. There must always be a definite purpose in doing anything. Only when the goal has been achieved can it be regarded as the unity of motive and effect. There is still no exception to the publication.
