试论教育期刊编辑对中小学教师专业发展的促进作用

【摘要】:教育期刊是中小学教师展示研究成果的平台,同时也为他们的专业发展提供专业的对话。目前教育期刊有一些定位的问题:理论性偏强,文章偏长,专业性术语过多;文章晦涩难懂,与中小学教师不是一个话语体系;什么都发的大杂烩教育期刊,文章都是过时的教育经验;跟踪时下的教育热点。同时发现,教育期刊编辑对中小学教师专业发展服务存在一定的不足:与作者群体、读者群体关系调适的主观作为不足;对教育的关注度不足,职业倦怠感较强;教育期刊社对人力资源的培养欠缺与市场的对接,拓展新服务领域的不足等定位问题。如何使教育期刊可持续发展,为中小学教师更好地服务,教育期刊编辑应正确定位自身的角色:正确定位编辑的双重属性;教育期刊编辑要研究教育,懂教育;参与一线教师的继续教育培训,形成学术共同体在合作中发现问题,寻找解决策略。
[Abstract]:Educational journals are a platform for primary and secondary school teachers to show their research results, and also provide professional dialogue for their professional development. At present, there are some problems in the orientation of educational journals: the theoretical nature is too strong, the articles are too long, the professional terms are too many, the articles are obscure and difficult to understand, and they are not the same as the primary and secondary school teachers. Articles are outdated educational experiences; track current educational hot spots. At the same time, it is found that the editors of educational periodicals have some shortcomings in the professional development service of primary and secondary school teachers: the subjective action of adjusting the relationship with the author group and the reader group, the lack of attention to education, the strong sense of job burnout; The problems such as the lack of training of human resources and the connection of the market and the development of new service fields are also discussed. How to make the education periodical sustainable development and serve the primary and middle school teachers better, the editor of the education periodical should correctly position his own role: the double attribute of the correct orientation editor, the editor of the educational periodical should study education, understand the education; Participating in further education and training of teachers, forming academic community to find problems and find solutions in cooperation.
