高校学术期刊宏观管理中的困境与策略研究

【摘要】：学术期刊在国家文化和经济建设中占有十分重要的地位,是国家创造力和竞争力的重要标志之一,是国家软实力的代表。然而我国高校学术期刊在蓬勃发展中遇到了发展瓶颈,如国际影响力较弱,发展规模分散弱小,期刊功能异化等。针对如此困境,国家新闻出版行政管理部门,期刊出版单位及科研工作者可在政策扶持、科学管理、端正态度等几方面克服问题,探索出高校学术期刊可持续发展之路。
[Abstract]:Academic journals play a very important role in the national cultural and economic construction, are one of the important symbols of national creativity and competitiveness, and represent the soft power of the country. However, the academic journals of colleges and universities in our country have encountered the bottleneck of development in the process of vigorous development. For example, the international influence is weak, the scale of development is weak, the periodical function is alienated, and so on. In view of this predicament, the state press and publication administration department, periodical publishing unit and scientific research worker can support in the policy, scientific management, and so on. Correct attitude and other aspects to overcome the problems and explore the sustainable development of academic journals in colleges and universities.
