2013年中国最具国际影响力科技学术期刊的现状及思考

【摘要】：对2013年"中国最具国际影响力科技学术期刊"的遴选结果进行分析,探讨入选期刊的SCI收录情况、学科分布及文种等,分析学科、文种等对期刊发展水平的影响。认为CNKI-JCR 2013的推出可使我国学术论文评价体系摆脱对国外引证评价体系的过度依赖,提出应该加强评价结果的宣传以减少优质稿源的外流,完善评价体系以打造具有国际影响力的期刊群,以及最具影响力科技学术期刊的遴选应不受限于文种和期刊的专业化程度等建议。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the selection results of China's most influential Science and Technology academic Journals in 2013, probes into the SCI collection, subject distribution and language types of selected journals, and analyzes the disciplines. This paper holds that the introduction of CNKI-JCR 2013 can make the evaluation system of academic papers in China get rid of the excessive dependence on the evaluation system of foreign citations, and put forward that the publicity of evaluation results should be strengthened in order to reduce the outflow of high-quality manuscripts. It is suggested that the selection of the most influential sci-tech academic journals should not be limited by the degree of specialization of languages and periodicals.
