民族高校学术期刊建设与民族高等教育发展的关系——以内蒙古民族大学为例

【摘要】：正民族高校学术期刊建设的关键在于提升其学术期刊的影响力,具体体现在思想性、学术性等方面。民族高校学术期刊建设的突出点是体现创新活力,创新是民族高校学术期刊建设的源泉,有创新才能体现个性,才能体现特色,才能发挥学术作用。民族高校学术期刊是民族高等教育发展的重要组成部分,是民族高等教育机构主办的学术刊物,民族高校学术期刊的建设必然依赖于民族高等教育的发展。民族高等教育自身具有独特功能,它兼有民族教育
[Abstract]:The key to the construction of academic journals in universities for nationalities is to enhance the influence of academic journals, which is embodied in ideological and academic aspects. The outstanding point of the construction of academic periodicals in universities for nationalities is to embody the vitality of innovation, and innovation is the source of the construction of academic periodicals in universities for nationalities. Only when there is innovation, can personality be embodied, characteristics can be embodied, and academic functions can be brought into play. The academic journals of universities for nationalities are an important part of the development of higher education for nationalities, and they are the academic publications sponsored by institutions of higher education for nationalities. The construction of academic periodicals of universities for nationalities must depend on the development of higher education for nationalities. Ethnic higher education has its own unique function, and it also has ethnic education.
