数字化视域下的学术期刊信赖评估

【摘要】：鉴于我国当前学术期刊评价的一些弊端和危害,加强学术共同体评价的作用已成为完善学术期刊评价体系的迫切要求。信赖评估不但是同行评议的一种重要方式,而且彰显了读者和作者的评价主体地位。信赖评估借力于学术期刊数字化,充分发挥其收集反馈信息便捷、互动性强以及传播方式快速便捷等优势,不但可以吸收过去期刊评价中专家定性评价的合理成分,还可以凭借独特的视角和方法在学术道德规范、媒介公信力建设中发挥重要作用。
[Abstract]:In view of the disadvantages and harm of the evaluation of academic journals in our country, strengthening the function of the evaluation of academic community has become the urgent requirement of perfecting the evaluation system of academic journals. Trust assessment is not only an important way of peer review, but also the subject of readers and authors. Trust assessment can take advantage of the digitization of academic journals, give full play to its advantages of convenient collection of feedback information, strong interactivity and rapid and convenient dissemination. It can not only absorb the reasonable elements of expert qualitative evaluation in the past periodical evaluation. It can also play an important role in the construction of media credibility.
