“花押”新解

【摘要】：在指出契约文书中的"花押"不等于签字后,分析"花"和"押"的含义,再结合宋元以来契约文书图版中的签字和花押实例,进而分析文意,指出《红楼梦》中的"花押"是指在"值年寺丞某人"签字下方的特殊私记符号,同时纠正几部重要辞书对"花押"解释的不当。
[Abstract]:After pointing out that the "flower charge" in the contract document is not equal to the signature, the meaning of "flower" and "charge" is analyzed. It is pointed out that the "flower deposit" in A Dream of Red Mansions refers to a special private mark under the signature of someone in the Monastery of the year, and the improper interpretation of "flower pledge" in several important dictionaries is corrected at the same time.
