【摘要】：正有人说,"既要敢于担当,又要容人之功"。话虽不长,却令人深思。独木再高也撑不起大厦。一个人能担当固然不易,但更可贵的是容得下他人冒尖出彩,共同成就一番事业。有家跨国公司,新任经理都会从总裁那里得到木制套娃。其中,小木娃上有张字条:如果每个人都只用比自己小的人,公司就会变成矮人;如果每个人都能用比自己高大的人,我们就会成为巨人。对管理者而言,善用"高大者"便是容人
[Abstract]:Just as some people say, "both dare to bear, but also let people's merit." Although the words are not long, they are thought-provoking.
