【摘要】：正一晃都年过六旬了,说不注意身心健康那是假的,但上升到正经八百的"养生"高度,又似乎不那么对味儿。因为我做的,用冯小刚的话说都是"奇技淫巧以悦妇孺",不过,不做无为之事,又何以遣有涯之生?这观念打远了说,可能与我早年的经历有关。我生在天津一个中医世家,父亲是燕京大学毕业生,后在天津医科大学教英文。受家庭影响,我少年时期的理想是当律师、外交官、医生,人生规划里完全没有"演员"。但高中时为了躲避上山下乡,有个正经的城里饭碗,不得已报考了
