发现自然的视野——《斐德若》论美

【摘要】：按照苏格拉底在《斐德若》中的论述,"回忆"是凡人的灵魂同灵魂的原初状态相联系的通道,而美的光亮照亮了这条通向灵魂原初视野的道路。这种视野能让灵魂回到堕落之前的状态,即哲学的状态。在苏格拉底看来,回到这一状态的最大障碍在于意见,尤其是城邦的公共意见。在这一语境下,恢复灵魂的原初视野,首要意涵在于超出城邦意见,即习俗。在这个意义上,"回忆"体现在从城邦意见的洞穴中解放出来,发现或找回自然的视野。美在此过程中能够起到别的存在无法起到的作用。
