法尔阿本德及其音乐教学法初探

        美国著名音乐教育专家约翰·法尔阿本德致力于研究儿童音乐教育,他是哈特福德大学音乐教育系主任,也是前任美国柯达伊协会会长。他的名字出现在世界各地的音乐教育活动中,他的成功基于他对音乐教育的不懈追求和努力。本文以美国多元文化为背景,从约翰·法尔阿本德个人的成长经历切入,旨在对其本人及音乐教学法作初步探究。笔者多次、多年与法尔阿本德本人接触和学习,用第一手资料解析其音乐教学法的成因及内容。文章首先通过对美国大环境及法尔阿本德个人生活的了解,分析出其音乐教学法形成的背景及原因,目的是为了更好的理解和掌握他的音乐教学法；其后,文章围绕《会话式视唱练耳》及《音乐入门》这两套教材为主要内容,它们是法尔阿本德音乐教学法的集大成者。文章结合了中国音乐教育的现状,加入了笔者的个人观点,使对法尔阿本德及其音乐教学法研究更具比较性,并期望能从中获得一些启示和借鉴。

    Dr. John Feierabend is considered one of the leading authorities on music and movement development in early childhood. He is a Professor of Music and the Director of the Music Education Division at The Hartt School of the University of Hartford and is a past President of the Organization of American Kodaly Educators. Dr. Feierabend go through both in the United States and abroad to hold many lectures and presentations. This thesis is researched on the first step about Feierabend’s Pedagogy, based on the multicultural background of U.S. and the personal growth experience on John Feierabend.Author from this thesis study with Dr. Feierabend from2007and got the first materials about him. At the beginning, the thesis talk about the multicultural background of U.S. and the personal growth experience on John Feierabend. Through all of that we can know the reason and factor------why Feierabend established his pedagogy which is the new one on the world. And then, the main part of this thesis is the contents and characteristic about Feierabend’s Pedagogy with "Conversational Solfege"&"The First Step in Music" which are wrote by John Feierabend. Combining the situation about China and adding the personal idea from author, this thesis becomes Three-Dimensional and comprehensive.
