【摘要】：随着现代互联网技术和数字通信技术的迅猛发展,特别是进入3G时代,手机摄影作为一种影像记录方式,以其普及性、便携性、及时传输性等优越性,使很多平民手机用户成了"手机摄影发烧友"。特别在拍摄突发事件方面,手机摄影作为新的摄影工具和占据时空的独有优势,发挥了突出重要的作用,常常弥补了传统媒体对突发事件报道的缺失。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of modern Internet technology and digital communication technology, especially in the 3G era, mobile phone photography, as a kind of image recording method, has the advantages of popularization, portability, timely transmission, etc. Many ordinary mobile phone users have become "mobile phone photography enthusiasts." Especially in shooting emergencies mobile phone photography as a new photography tool and occupies a unique advantage in time and space has played a prominent and important role often made up for the lack of traditional media reports on emergencies.
