还原与变形、再造“新闻”与新闻“再事件化”——当代艺术与摄影中的新闻“再处理”

【摘要】：正让我们从最近的事情说起。2013年重阳节,安徽省宁国市副市长与当地民政局的官员为表示对于老人的关怀,一起去看望当地的百岁老人。这种政绩型工作,当地政府官方网站当然要报导。不过,当政府官网上出现了经过PS处理的众官员看望老人的照片时,却引起了各地网民的强烈反响。因为在报导官员的工作的照片里,手捧红包的老人低头蜷缩于屋子一角,而身材高大魁伟的官员们则居高临下地俯视犹如枯木的老人,双方的身形大小比例经过明显的PS处理后变得极其悬殊。以如此手法处理
