【摘要】：艺术与博物馆的关系由来已久。在今天所谓的"博物馆时代",艺术与博物馆的缘分被越拉越近。艺术的展示成为艺术社会化的一个重要渠道,同时成为一种新的话语。然而,中、西方在物、博物馆、博物学方面的表述各自独立,又相辅相成;当这些学科、形制进入中国,又发生了诸多的误译、误解和误读。另一方面,在这个领域,相关的"法"(法律、法规)总显示出窘境和困境,尤其在国际法方面。
[Abstract]:The relationship between art and museum has a long history. In today's so-called "museum era", the fate of art and museum is drawing closer and closer. The display of art has become an important channel for the socialization of art. At the same time, it has become a new discourse. However, in China and the West, they are independent and complementary to each other in terms of objects, museums, and museums. When these disciplines enter China, there are many misinterpretations, misunderstandings and misunderstandings.
