对林语堂英译《浮生六记》的简析

【摘要】：《浮生六记》是清代作家沈复的小品文集,语言平实自然,内容丰富有趣,充分体现了作者闲适的性灵、生活的情趣和与妻子陈芸之间忠贞不渝的爱情。本书的英文译者林语堂是学贯中西的著名作家、翻译家,翻译功底深厚、语言纯熟,广受国内外读者的喜爱。同时,林语堂对《浮生六记》一书怀有浓厚的兴趣,并与作者沈复的思想、经历有共鸣之处。在其译文中,充分体现了原文的思想、感情、观点和美感。本文主要对林语堂翻译的《浮生六记》进行简要分析,分成五个部分：第一部分为引言,包括背景介绍以及文献综述。第二部分介绍译者林语堂其人,包括其生平、性格、翻译和写作的风格,以及《浮生六记》其书。第三部分研究林语堂选择《浮生六记》进行翻译的背后原因。第四部分从多个角度对该译本做具体评析,包括中西跨文化交际和审美移情理论,以及翻译的不足之处。第五部分是总结,并反思本文的不足,表达对未来研究的展望。
