【摘要】：本论文通过对敦化市艺术团发展的调查研究,结合敦化市艺术团计划经济时期和市场经济时期的发展情况的认真梳理,剖析该艺术团发展状况及参与的文化活动和艺术人才及相关文艺作品,进一步阐述该艺术团在敦化市,乃至整个延边地区文化艺术事业的地位和作用。归纳和总结敦化市艺术团的历史发展模式,填补敦化市艺术团的整体研究,为今后敦化市艺术团体的发展提供理论依据,并希望可以引起政府和社会对艺术活动的重视,进一步丰富敦化市城乡群众的艺术文化生活。本论文第一章是绪论,具体讲述的是课题研究背景、研究内容与研究目地及意义。第二章是敦化市艺术文化概况,其中包括敦化市艺术文化发展和敦化市艺术团的建成与改革的概述。第三章是计划经济时期敦化市艺术团的发展概况(1950年-1991年),对敦化市艺术团从1950年-1991年的概况、艺术活动、其他活动等进行分析论述,其中：在概况的分析论述中阐述了队伍建设、艺术团设施,在艺术活动的分析论述中阐述了“下乡”演出、参赛演出、社会影响,在其他活动的分析论述中阐述了文化交流、经济活动。第四章是市场经济时期敦化市艺术团的发展概况(1992年～2012年),对敦化市艺术团从1992年-至今的概况、艺术活动、其他活动等进行分析论述,其中：在概况的分析论述中阐述了队伍建设、艺术团设施,在艺术活动的分析论述中阐述了“下乡”演出、参赛演出、公益演出、社会影响,在其他活动的分析论述中阐述了文化娱乐活动、老年活动、少儿活动、广场活动。第五章是结论与未来变迁,结论与展望,归纳和总结,对敦化市艺术团的发展、作用进行论述并总结敦化市艺术团在敦化市艺术文化生活中的地位和做出的贡献,结合敦化市艺术团的发展历史,提出在新的社会体制之下敦化市艺术团的发展趋向和目标。
[Abstract]:Through the investigation and research on the development of Dunhua Art Troupe, this paper combs the development of Dunhua Art Troupe during the planned economy period and the market economy period. This paper analyzes the development of the Art Troupe and its cultural activities, artistic talents and related works of art, and further expounds the position and function of the Art Troupe in Dunhua City and even the whole Yanbian area.
