【摘要】：正为深入贯彻落实习近平总书记在第十次文代会上的重要讲话和文艺工作座谈会的重要讲话精神,以及中共中央《关于繁荣发展社会主义文艺的意见》精神,根据中宣部、中国文联的工作部署和要求,结合中国书协及各团体会员单位"送欢乐、下基层"志愿服务工作安排,中国书协决定于二○一七年"元旦、春节"两节期间开展"万名书法家送万‘福'进万家"下基层公益活动。通知下发后,各地书协积极响应号召,在春节前后,"万名书法家送万‘福'进万家"下基层公益在全国各地蓬勃展开。
