[Abstract]:The language of the moderator: rhetoric research has accumulated a wealth of literature resources, to re-examine these literature resources, resulting in the re-narration of the research. A series of articles published in this issue all have the above characteristics: "two traditions of Ancient Chinese rhetorical thought", taking < Analects > < Guiguzi > as the object of investigation, This paper examines the ideological background of monarchical Confucianism and the influence of the principle of "rhetoric making its sincerity" on Chinese rhetoric, and excavates the non-mainstream rhetoric thought outside the orthodoxy of Confucianism. Explains the theoretical and practical significance of the two complementary rhetorical traditions and ideological legacies.
