论翻译文学的产生和发展及其对中国现代文学的影响

【摘要】：法国文学在中国极富盛名,在受到大批中国读者青睐的同时,在中国文坛中也发挥了举足轻重的作用。我们需要强调一点,法国文学在中国的地位,很大程度上得益于其中文译本。笔者认为,这些中文译本既不属于中国本土文学也不应归类为法国文学,而应归结为第三类文学——翻译文学。中国读者通过翻译文学了解并接受外国文学,而外国文学也是在化身为翻译文学之后,对形成中的中国现代文学产生了巨大而深远的影响。中国现代文学形成于近代(1840-1949)。这是一个极具代表性的历史时期,社会动荡,政治变革,中国传统文化受到外来文化巨大冲击,尚未长成的中国现代文学从翻译文学中获得启发,汲取养分。因此,笔者将研究的时间范围限定在这一百余年间。在此期间,翻译文学深刻地影响着中国现代文学的产生与发展,同时其自身也受到诸多因素的影响：如译者能力、读者素质、语言差异、中国传统文化等。我们将通过比较《茶花女》1898年至1947年近五十年间的五个中文译本来剖析影响这一新兴文学形式的各种因素,以及它对中国现代文学产生影响的种种表现。其中横向比较和纵向比较是本论文最为重要的研究方法,用于翻译文学定义的归纳,翻译文学相关因素的分析等等。通过理论研究、列举实例和文本分析三个步骤,我们将对翻译文学有一个更为全面系统的了解。作为闭塞中国放眼望世界的窗口,翻译文学加速了中国新文学的发展进程,并使之与世界文学接轨,最终融为一体。由此,翻译文学的地位和研究价值可想而知。然而,中国乃至全世界对于翻译文学的探究都处在起步阶段,尚未形成完整的研究体系,对其定义、归属、以及与文学翻译严格区分等问题至今尚无定论。笔者希望在前人研究的基础上进行进一步的总结归纳,为翻译文学这一概念勾勒出一个基本清晰的轮廓,为今后更为深入且体系化的研究打下一个较为系统的理论基础。
[Abstract]:French literature is very famous in China and plays an important role in the Chinese literary world while it is favored by a large number of Chinese readers. We need to stress that French literature in China, to a large extent, thanks to its Chinese version. The author holds that these Chinese versions are neither Chinese native literature nor French literature, but should be classified as the third kind of literature, translation literature. Chinese readers understand and accept foreign literature through translation literature, and foreign literature has a great and far-reaching influence on the formation of modern Chinese literature after it is translated into translated literature. Modern Chinese literature was formed in modern times (1840-1949). This is a representative historical period with social turbulence and political change. Chinese traditional culture has been greatly impacted by foreign culture. The modern Chinese literature, which has not yet grown, has been inspired by translated literature and has drawn nutrients from it. Therefore, the author limits the time range of the study to the more than one hundred years. During this period, translation literature has a profound impact on the emergence and development of modern Chinese literature. At the same time, translation literature itself is also affected by many factors, such as the translator's ability, the quality of readers, language differences, traditional Chinese culture and so on. By comparing the five Chinese versions of Camellia from 1898 to 1947, we will analyze the factors affecting this new form of literature and its influence on modern Chinese literature. Among them, horizontal comparison and vertical comparison are the most important research methods in this thesis, which are used to generalize the definition of translation literature, analyze the relevant factors of translation literature, and so on. Through theoretical research, examples and text analysis, we will have a more comprehensive and systematic understanding of translation literature. As a window for China to look beyond the world, translation literature accelerates the development of Chinese new literature and makes it integrate with the world literature. Therefore, the position and research value of translation literature can be imagined. However, the exploration of translation literature in China and the whole world is still in its infancy and has not yet formed a complete research system. The definition, attribution and strict distinction between translation and literary translation have not yet been concluded. The author hopes to make a further summary on the basis of previous studies and draw a clear outline of the concept of translation literature, thus laying a more systematic theoretical foundation for further in-depth and systematic research in the future.
