女性主义翻译理论视域下《三体》中国特色词汇英译研究

　　长篇科幻小说《三体》凭借英译版荣获第73届雨果最佳长篇故事奖,标志着科幻类小说正式进入国外读者的视野,为广大读者接受与认可。《三体》英文版进一步打破了西方文化单向输入模式的僵局,帮助中国文化“走出去”,有利于坚持文化自信,促进思想交流,讲好中国故事。目前科幻文学翻译研究在国内一直处于边缘化地位。对《三体》英译本的研究可大致分为两类:关于该系列著作的文学、科技和社会价值方面的研究;从翻译理论与实践角度探讨其英译策略和技巧。书中包含大量中国特色词汇,涉及历史事件、人物、文化、科技、俗语等,给国外读者造成了一定程度上的阅读困难,因此译者刘宇昆有意识的通过插入脚注的方式添加了必要背景信息,突出译者主体性。西方女性主义翻译理论在《三体》英译本中有具体表现,它主要借助三种女性主义翻译策略(增补、加前言和脚注、劫持),应对文化缺省,进行翻译补偿,消除并改写对女性的歧视性内容。论文首先阐述了研究背景、意义及结构,随后对目前《三体》翻译研究的整体情况进行了回顾与整理,在西方女性主义翻译理论指导下,本文重点讨论了书中出现具有代表性的中国特色词汇的特点,并剖析这些词汇的翻译策略,最后得出结论:与以往翻译研究相比,采用女性主义翻译理论与译者翻译策略更相契合。通过对《三体》中国特色词汇的英译研究,希望为今后中国文化的传播提供借鉴与参考。
