中美企业年报中致股东的信体裁对比分析

企业年报是上市公司每年向股民和股东发布的有关公司财务和经营状况的年度报告,是公司对外沟通的重要手段。致股东的信位于企业年报的开篇位置,不仅对公司上一财年的经营状况进行总结,还对公司未来发展方向做出预测,是企业年报的重要组成部分,因而一直受到商务话语研究领域学者的关注。这些研究对于企业年报的解读提供了许多不同的思路和见解,但也还存在着许多可以进一步研究的方向。其中一个方向就是对中英文的企业年报进行系统的语言学对比研究。为了更好地理解中美企业的中英文企业年报的体裁和语言特点,本文基于Bhatia的体裁分析理论和Halliday的系统功能语法的理论框架,使用语料库的研究手段,从宏观上的体裁结构和微观上的词汇语法两个层面对中美企业年报中致股东的信进行了定性和定量的对比分析。首先,本文基于Bhatia的体裁分析理论,分别总结出中美企业年报致股东的信的体裁结构,并进行对比分析。接下来,笔者从系统功能语法中的及物性系统和人称词系统两个方面探讨中美企业年报中的致股东的信的语言特征,并对其进行对比分析得出异同点。笔者分别建立了两个各10篇的中英文致股东的信语料库,利用人工标记和Microsoft Wor...
