【摘要】：莎士比亚是英国文艺复兴时期伟大的诗人以及剧作家，作为文学巨匠，在人类思想史和文化史上的丰厚财产为世界留下深刻印迹，其成就不仅体现在其创造的几十部喜剧以及十四行诗，其对法律事业以及法律语言的影响亦随着法律与文学运动的发展而逐渐被现时学者们的重视。为此，本文旨在从法律术语的使用以及法律理念在莎士比亚作品中的展现两方面，探寻莎士比亚的法律人身份。本文梳理了学者们对于莎士比亚与法律的研究成果，对莎翁诸多作品中有关法律及法律语言（特别是法律用语）进行了量化分析和研究，进而提出莎翁作为法律人的观点，以期进一步推动法律与文学运动在中国的发展。
[Abstract]:Shakespeare is a great English Renaissance poet and playwright, as a literary giant, huge property in the history of human thought and culture in the history of the world has left a deep imprint, the achievement is not only reflected in the creation of dozens of comedy and sonnets, his legal career and influence of the legal language is with the development of law and literature movement gradually by the attention of scholars at present. To this end, the purpose of this article is to explore the identity of Shakespeare's legal person from two aspects of the use of legal terms and the two aspects of the representation of legal ideas in the works of Shakespeare. This paper reviews the research achievements of scholars for Shakespeare and the law of Savon, many works related laws and legal language (especially law) carried out a quantitative analysis and research, and put forward Savon as a legal person's point of view, in order to further promote the development of the law and literature movement in the Chinese.
