狄金森诗歌汉译中的意义流变

【摘要】：艾米莉·狄金森在中国已经不是一个陌生的名字。这位在西方诗坛中怎样赞誉都不为过的女诗人以她特立独行的诗风,以及同样特立独行的生活方式,赢得全世界读者的喜爱与景仰。万千渴望成为狄金森知音的读者纷纷找寻不同的路径以期揭开狄金森神秘的面纱,在此过程中,翻译扮演着与众不同的角色：不仅一个通向阐释路径的入口,本身亦是一段意义探索的旅程。狄金森诗歌较之他者更为跳跃的思维、更加凝炼的语言,以及尤显玄奥的隐喻等,都让其汉译之路变得更加崎岖艰难。本文立足于中国四个不同时期较具代表性的狄金森诗歌汉译本,即袁水拍、余光中、江枫、蒲隆四家译本,在文本细读和比较分析的基础之上,重点解读狄金森诗歌在汉译过程中发生的意义流变,主要包括原诗多重模糊意义的确定、隐喻层面的萎缩及宗教哲思意义的弱化等方面,并藉此展开对中国狄金森形象的总结反思,以及对诗人原创性的再思考。对狄金森诗歌汉译意义流变的分析并不代表简单的褒贬或决然的批判,而是以一种真诚而客观的阅读者姿态,努力抵达我们在狄金森诗歌王国中所能企及的高度。
[Abstract]:Emily Dickinson is no longer a strange name in China. The poetess, who can never be praised in the Western poetry world, has won the admiration of readers all over the world for her maverick style of poetry and the same maverick way of life. Thousands of readers desiring to become Dickinson's confidant seek out different paths in order to uncover Dickinson's mystery. In the process, translation plays a different role: it is not only an entrance to the path of interpretation. Itself is also a meaningful journey of exploration. Dickinson's more leaping thinking, more refined language, and more metaphorical metaphors make the Chinese translation of Dickinson more difficult. This paper is based on the four Chinese versions of Dickinson's poems in four different periods, namely, Yuan Shuipai, Yu Guangzhong, Jiang Feng and Pulong, on the basis of careful reading and comparative analysis. This paper focuses on the interpretation of Dickinson's poetry in the process of Chinese translation, mainly including the determination of multiple fuzzy meanings of the original poem, the atrophy of metaphor and the weakening of religious philosophic meaning. In this way, the author summarizes and rethinks the image of Dickinson in China and rethinks the poet's originality. The analysis of the changing meaning of Dickinson's poetry translation into Chinese does not represent a simple praise or criticism, but a sincere and objective readership attitude, trying to reach the height we can reach in Dickinson's poetry kingdom.
