女性主义视角下的厨房文学

【摘要】:厨房文学作为一种特殊的空间写作,十分鲜明地地反映了人类根深蒂固的男权文化。无论是对于女性遭受的性别压制、还是女性自我意识的觉醒与反抗,抑或女性性别意识的发展,厨房都是一个十分特殊的性别文化空间,这空间虽小,但却容纳了女性在人类文明历史发展中的喜乐悲欢和曲折命运。同时,厨房也一直都被认为是女性生活的经典舒适区域,女性的各种家庭和社会关系都可以从厨房这个特殊区域展开并生发出去。很多文学作品、影视作品也都会重点突出女性在厨房中的一系列活动,比如美剧《广告狂人》中的家庭主妇,英剧《唐顿庄园》里的厨娘……传统文学作品中的女性角色所突出的一般都是她们围着锅台转,进而又把这样的女人定义为不创造社会价值和没有自己话语权的“他者”。但对于一个问题我们要辩证的看待。一方面,女性是被迫的局限于厨房这方隐秘空间里的,嫁入夫家之前母亲会以自己的亲身经验对女儿谆谆教导,让女子牢记抓住男人的心首先要抓住男人的胃这一亘古不变的道理,从古至今女子最先被关注的能力也是下得厨房“洗手做羹汤”,这与她们本身在家庭和社会中的处境是极为相似的,下厨是社会考量主妇是否合格的试金石,这其实也无可辩驳的是落后封建社会对女性最大的禁锢。古今中外,无不如此。但从另一方面来说,女性自己的态度又是可以扭转这种局面的,因为这样的社会传承,其实让女性在家庭中无意中获得了一方属于自己不受侵犯的、没有规矩约束的相对独立的自由空间,这是一块远离了男性所喜爱的宏大命题的女性净土,革命,种族,战争,政权更迭都与这里无关,又因为所谓‘君子远庖厨’,所以这里同时也远离了“家长”。在社会生活中,女性往往会遇到家庭和工作的双重角色的冲突,有人会说这两种角色一旦冲突,往往是工作服从家庭从而失去了大量的工作和升迁的机会,由此变得社会价值较低,又因为人是社会中的人,从而其整个人生价值都被看低。这也是我最不赞同的观点,这样来说,我们首先要把女人作为一个人来考虑,其次才是考虑她的性别。女性主义发展到现在这个成熟的阶段,已经不再是简单的为女性争取就业、受教育或者选举权这种最基本的权利,而是应该进一步多去关注和认同在现在的身份下她们所做的事情是创造社会价值的。比如女性居家劳动、孕育生命等都被排除在社会生产之外,而在笔者看来,这些却都可以看做是人类文明史上最伟大的付出。每个人都有选择自己生活的自由,只要他对自己的生活现状如何是满意的,特别是在女性能够同男人公平竞争的前提下,如果仍旧选择回归家庭、回归厨房,我们没有任何理由去批判她们。可以说,女人最大的悲哀是自己把自己活成了一个男权标准下的“女人”。笔者选择本论题,正是试图通过对一系列厨房文学作品的分析,通过厨房中的女性为主题展开的情节,深入探寻和发掘女性的生活和生存空间,讨论厨房文学中涉及到的一些女性主义问题,例如男权的压迫,女性的反抗,女性意识的自我发展等,以独特的视角向大家证明,女性在厨房这样的一方隐秘的空间里,仍然可以实现自己的价值,表现出匪夷所思的强大力量。在每一部作品里,厨房都已经被女性赋予了新的意义,充分印证了厨房在女性生活和情感中的特殊地位,并展示厨房与女性千丝万缕的联系。
[Abstract]:As a special kind of space writing, kitchen literature clearly reflects the deep-rooted patriarchal culture of human beings. The kitchen is a very special gender cultural space, although it is a very special gender cultural space, whether it is the sex suppression of women, the awakening and resistance of women's self consciousness, or the development of women's gender consciousness. At the same time, the kitchen has always been regarded as a classic comfortable area for women's life. All kinds of family and social relations of women can be sent side by side from this special area in the kitchen. Many literary works, films and television works also focus on women. A series of activities in the kitchen, such as the American opera "the mad man", the housewife, the British opera "the Tang ton Manor", the female characters in the traditional literary works are usually all around the pot, and then the woman is defined as "the other" that does not create social values and does not have their own right to speak. On the one hand, we should take a dialectical view. On the one hand, women are forced to be confined to the secret space of the kitchen. Before they marry into their husband's family, the mother will inculcate their daughters with their own experience, and let the women hold the heart of men to grasp the eternal truth of the man's stomach first, and the women are the first to be closed from the ancient to the present. It is also the ability to "wash the hands and make soup" in the kitchen, which is very similar to their own situation in the family and society. The kitchen is a test stone for the society to examine whether the housewife is qualified, and it is indisputable that the feudal society is the most imprisoned for women. The attitude of sex can reverse this situation, because such a social inheritance, in fact, makes women inadvertently gain a relatively independent free space belonging to their own unviolated and unruly constraints in their families. This is a feminine land, revolution, race, war, and politics far away from the grand proposition that men are fond of. The change of right has nothing to do with this, and because of the so-called 'gentleman far from the kitchen', so it is also far away from the "parents". In social life, women often encounter the dual role of family and work, and it is said that once the two roles are clash, they tend to work obedience to the family and lose a lot of work and promotion. Opportunity has become a lower social value, and because man is a person in the society, and the whole life value is lower. This is also my disapproval. In this way, we first consider the woman as a person, and the second is to consider her sex. Feminism has developed to this mature stage, no longer. It is the basic right to obtain employment, education or the right to vote for women. Instead, we should pay more attention to and agree that what they do in the present status is to create social values. For example, women's home work, life, etc. are all excluded from social production, but in my opinion, these are all It can be seen as the greatest effort in the history of human civilization. Everyone has the freedom to choose his own life. As long as he is satisfied with the situation of his life, especially on the premise that women can compete fairly with men, if they still choose to return to their families and return to the kitchen, we have no reason to criticize them. The greatest sadness of a woman is to live herself as a "woman" under the standard of male rights. The author chooses this topic, trying to explore and discover the living and living space of women through the analysis of a series of kitchen literature and the plot of women in the kitchen. Some feminist problems, such as the oppression of male power, the resistance of women and the self development of women's consciousness, prove that women can still realize their own value in the secret space such as the kitchen. In every work, the kitchen has been given to women in every work. It gives a new meaning, fully confirms the special position of the kitchen in women's life and emotions, and shows the inextricably linked kitchen and women.
