陌生化理论:从俄国形式主义到新批评

【摘要】:陌生化理论最早由维克多·什克洛夫斯基提出,它是俄国形式主义文论的理论核心。陌生化理论不仅在俄国形式主义文论中扮演着不可替代的角色,对后来以新批评为代表的其他现代西方文论都有着十分重要的影响,而且对各种理论流派,尤其是形式主义各派系的批评实践也有重要的指导意义。本文重回陌生化理论产生的社会历史语境,在准确把握陌生化理论原始意义的基础上,结合批评理论与实践,展开对俄国形式主义与新批评中陌生化理论的比较研究,研究陌生化理论从俄国形式主义到新批评的流变问题。 本文分为四部分。绪论部分主要介绍了本文的选题原由和写作主旨,对陌生化理论的国内外研究成就做了综合概述,同时也介绍了本文的研究方案和论文框架。第一章从陌生化理论创生之初的背景出发,追溯陌生化理论的原始意义,以“文学性”、“可感受性”、“变形与阻滞”这三组核心词为切入点,分别从审美对象、审美效果、审美特征三个维度对陌生化理论进行透视。然后,结合俄国形式主义的批评实践活动(以两位代表人物什克洛夫斯基与艾亨鲍姆为例)展开分析,从中可以看出陌生化理论在其文学理论与批评实践中,如何侧重于对语言形式的关注与研究。第二章首先是对新批评文学批评流派产生的文学历史语境及其两位理论先驱艾略特和瑞恰兹的介绍,然后展开对新批评的批评理论中与陌生化理论相关的三组核心关键词“文学特异性”、“意图谬见与感受谬见”、“远距异质原则”的研究,分别从本体论、批评方法、比喻等复杂意义的生成技巧,展开陌生化理论在新批评理论视域中的三维考察。之后,以布鲁克斯和燕卜逊这两位新批评派的代表性人物的批评实践作品为主要对象进行分析,旨在通过理论和实践的双向考察,说明陌生化理论在新批评与俄国形式主义中不同的表征。新批评相对于俄国形式主义,更关注对语言上层即语义层的细致分析。第三章则是在前面两章论述的基础上,对陌生化理论的发展及其启示予以总结性陈述。综合前面两章的分析论述,指出陌生化理论从俄国形式主义到新批评的流变中,呈现出由形式层向语义层的偏移特点,并从文本观与批评方法两个层面予以详细阐述。继而,对新批评之后陌生化理论在西方文论史上的两次具有划时代意义的发展予以简单介绍,旨在对陌生化理论到目前为止相对完整的发展流变有一个全面的认识。最后,立足中国文论发展实际,试图从陌生化理论的发展演变中,探寻它给中国文论发展带来的启发性意义。
[Abstract]:The theory of defamiliarization was first put forward by Victor Shklovsky, which is the core of Russian formalism literary theory. The theory of defamiliarization not only plays an irreplaceable role in Russian formalism literary theory, but also has a very important influence on other modern western literary theories represented by the new criticism, and it also plays an important role in various theoretical schools. Especially, the criticism practice of formalism factions also has important guiding significance. On the basis of accurately grasping the original meaning of the defamiliarization theory and combining the criticism theory and practice, this paper carries out a comparative study of the defamiliarization theory in Russian formalism and new criticism. To study the evolution of defamiliarization theory from Russian formalism to new criticism. This paper is divided into four parts. The introduction part mainly introduces the reason of the topic selection and the main purpose of this paper, makes a comprehensive summary of the domestic and foreign research achievements of the defamiliarization theory, at the same time introduces the research scheme and the framework of this paper. The first chapter starts from the background of the creation of the defamiliarization theory, tracing back the original meaning of the defamiliarization theory, taking the three core words of "literariness", "receptivity", "deformation and block" as the breakthrough point, respectively from the aesthetic object and the aesthetic effect. Aesthetic characteristics of the three dimensions of the theory of strangeness perspective. Then, combining with the criticism practice of Russian formalism (taking two representative figures, Shklovsky and Ahern Baum as examples), we can see that the theory of strangeness is used in his literary theory and criticism practice. How to focus on the language form of attention and research. The second chapter first introduces the literary historical context of the new critical literary criticism school and its two theoretical pioneers Eliot and Ricchez. Then the research on the three key keywords, "Literature specificity", "intention error and perception error", "remote Heterogeneity", which are related to the strangeness theory in the criticism theory of the new criticism, is carried out, respectively, from the ontology and the critical method. The generation technique of complex meaning, such as metaphor, develops the three-dimensional investigation of the strangeness theory in the field of new criticism theory. After that, the author takes Brooks and Yanbsen, two representative figures of the new criticism school, as the main objects of the criticism practice, in order to investigate the theory and practice in a two-way. It illustrates the different representations of the defamiliarization theory in the new criticism and Russian formalism. Compared with Russian formalism, the new criticism pays more attention to the detailed analysis of the upper layer of language, that is, the semantic level. The third chapter summarizes the development of the defamiliarization theory and its enlightenment on the basis of the previous two chapters. Based on the analysis of the previous two chapters, it is pointed out that the evolution of the defamiliarization theory from Russian formalism to new criticism shows the characteristics of shifting from the formal layer to the semantic layer, and is elaborated in detail from the view of text and the method of criticism. Then, this paper briefly introduces the two epoch-making developments of the defamiliarization theory in the history of western literary theory after the new criticism, in order to have a comprehensive understanding of the relatively complete development and evolution of the defamiliarization theory so far. Finally, based on the development of Chinese literary theory, this paper tries to explore its enlightening significance from the development and evolution of defamiliarization theory.
