【摘要】：享有日本国宝级大师之称的铃木忠志,被视为当代剧坛上最具影响力的导演、评论家、思想家和理论家之一。他最具代表性的“动物性能量”说、重视演员的“下半身”的训练以及他的异文化戏剧理念等等,都是值得我们研究和探讨的课题。他开创的“铃木方法”----演员训练方法,使他闻名中外。这套方法针训练了演员对能量的激发于投射、呼吸的调节、重心的放置三大基本要素。对演员各方面机能的训练和开发,非常值得我们学习和思考。本文从铃木忠志对演员的下半身一“足”的训练为切入点,通过举例分析法、问卷调差分析法等研究方法对整套铃木方法进行详细地分析和研究。本文通过对“铃木方法”的背景分析、理论来源、训练内容、实践价值、借鉴意义、具体实施及可能存在的问题等方面的分析与写作,提出笔者个人的见解和建议,希望能以此让更多的人了解和认识“铃木方法”,并投入到他的表演理论和表演实践的研究。
[Abstract]:Enjoy the Japanese national treasure master called Suzuki Chushi, is regarded as the most influential contemporary theatrical director, critic, thinker and theorist. He is one of the most representative of the "animal energy", pay attention to "lower body" actor training and his different cultural drama concept and so on, are worthy of our the subject of research and study. He created the "SUZUKI method" - actor training method, make him famous. This method of training actors on the needle excitation in projection, respiratory control, focus placed on the three basic elements. The training and development of actors in all aspects of functioning, is worth learning and thinking.
This article from Suzuki Chushi on the actor's body a "full" training as the starting point, through the example analysis, questionnaire analysis and other research methods for detailed analysis and Research on the SUZUKI method. Based on the "SUZUKI method" in the analysis of background, theoretical sources, training content, practical value, significance analysis and writing, specific aspects of the implementation and the problems, the author puts forward his opinions and suggestions, hoping to let more people know and understand the "SUZUKI method", and put into his theory of performance and performance practice research.
