【摘要】：正习近平总书记指出,"中华优秀传统文化是中华民族的突出优势,中华民族伟大复兴需要以中华文化发展繁荣为条件,必须大力弘扬中华优秀传统文化。"戏曲艺术是中华优秀传统文化的重要组成部分,是传承和弘扬优秀传统文化的重要载体。繁荣发展戏曲艺术,人才是关键。我们中高职院校戏曲专业工作者,要深入学习贯彻习近平总书记在文艺工作座谈会等会议上的重要讲话精神,以强烈的时代责任感,立足实际,努力培养大量优秀的戏曲艺术人才,为推动和促进地方戏曲艺术振兴发
