广西城市剧院运营管理策略研究

【摘要】：剧院运营管理是一项体量庞大,涉及若干学科门类的课题。广西拥有12个民族共同创造了璀璨多样的民族文化。这些丰厚的艺术资源曾经滋养了一方创作人员,从而创作了不少广为人知的优秀舞台艺术作品。随着时代的变迁和科技的进步,表演艺术作品的展示空间——广西城市剧院却面临经营管理上的诸多问题。本文以广西城市剧院为探究对象,从广西城市剧院的管理运营现状入手,通过研究国外剧院管理的成熟思路和国内其他省市文艺院团运营亮点,结合广西本地观众及市场需求,尝试提出广西城市剧院的运营策略。绪论梳理了国内外优秀剧院相关政策,针对广西城市剧院特点阐明了研究对象的特殊性;第一章为广西3个城市剧院的个案研究,通过实地调研及多方访谈,深入分析运营优与劣,形成对广西城市剧院运营现状的基本认识;第二章通过本地问卷调查和分析,了解广西表演艺术市场现状,并归纳广西城市剧院存在问题的成因;第三章结合前两章研究成果和相关理论,从宏观及微观两方面构建符合时代发展的广西城市剧院运营管理策略。本文通过提出广西城市剧院运营管理策略,为我国文化体制改革研究拓展新思路,为艺术表演机构定位提供理论依据,供资源较匮乏的同类剧院参考执行。
[Abstract]:The operation and management of the theater is a massive subject involving a number of disciplines. Guangxi has 12 nationalities that have created a splendid and diverse national culture. These rich artistic resources once nurtured one side of the creative staff. As a result, he created many well-known works of fine stage art. With the changes of the times and the progress of science and technology, The exhibition space of performing art works-Guangxi City Theatre is faced with many problems in management and management. This paper takes Guangxi City Theater as the research object, starting with the present situation of Guangxi City Theater's management and operation. By studying the mature ideas of foreign theater management and the highlights of the operation of the troupe in other provinces and cities of China, combined with the local audience and market demand of Guangxi, This paper tries to put forward the operation strategy of Guangxi City Theater. The introduction combs the relevant policies of excellent theatres at home and abroad and clarifies the particularity of the research object according to the characteristics of Guangxi Urban Theater. The first chapter is the case study of Guangxi City Theater. Through on-the-spot investigation and multi-party interviews, the author deeply analyzes the operation quality and inferiority, and forms a basic understanding of the present situation of Guangxi city theater operation. Chapter two, through the local questionnaire survey and analysis, understands the present situation of Guangxi performing arts market. The third chapter combines the research results of the first two chapters and related theories. In this paper, the author puts forward the operation and management strategy of Guangxi urban theatre from macro and micro aspects, which is in line with the development of the times. This paper develops new ideas for the study of cultural system reform in China. It provides theoretical basis for the positioning of art performing institutions and provides reference for similar theatres with less resources.
