论音乐剧专业舞蹈教师的素质缺失及其完善

【摘要】:音乐剧从上世纪八十年代进入中国,到现在已有二十多年的历史。作为艺术领域的新兴专业,音乐剧在这几年得到了前所未有的发展。无论是音乐剧这个词在电视节目中的频频亮相,还是音乐剧演出的逐年增多,又或者是音乐剧教学与创作研讨机构的成立,以及全国范围内音乐剧专业的设立与壮大,都让我们看到了音乐剧在中国的可喜变化。从1995年至今的短短十几年间,全国范围内的音乐剧专业如雨后春笋般纷纷建立。而时间上的仓促足以看出音乐剧专业的开设并未经过很长时间周密细致的筹备,尤其,音乐剧专业的师资队伍建设现状不容乐观,各个专业院校之间的师资水平参差不齐。目前,国内音乐剧专业舞蹈教师的专业素养结构并不是非常的理想,可以说在某些方面的素养是有所缺失的。正是这种缺失使得音乐剧舞蹈的教学中问题频发、困难重重。要依靠今后的高等教育培养出合格的音乐剧教师显然不能解决当前的燃眉之急,所以教师在岗位上的自我提升与完善成为了一条有效地途径。 本文以目前国内已开设音乐剧专业学校的舞蹈教师为研究主体,分三个大的篇章分别论述了音乐剧专业舞蹈教师的合理素质结构,素质缺失的表征及其成因,完善的途经。通过分析如今音乐剧专业的教学现状,从音乐剧专业舞蹈教师在教学工作中需要承担的四种角色进一步构建出音乐剧专业舞蹈教师理想的素质结构,即作为音乐剧演员所具备的舞蹈、歌唱、台词、表演等专业素养;作为音乐剧教师所具备的教学设计的能力、课堂教学的能力、教学评价的能力;作为音乐剧舞蹈编导所具备的解读剧本的能力、理解音乐的能力、创作舞蹈的能力、排练舞蹈的能力、把握演出效果的能力;作为研究者所具备的理论研究能力、音乐剧理论知识、理论教学的能力。 同时借助文献调查法、考察法、访谈法等研究方法,研究目前音乐剧专业舞蹈教师在相关艺术门类的基本专业素养、音乐剧舞蹈课程教学的素养、音乐剧舞蹈排练与创编的素养、与各艺术门类和各环节协调配合的能力、理论研究的素养等诸多方面的缺失。最终,提出了教师提升音乐剧专业素养、提升各艺术门类知识技能水平,提升综合表演与编创能力,提升研究能力,争取学校支持的具体途径。同时,提出教师崇高的职业理想以及对音乐剧专业的热爱应该成为教师素质提升的一个重要前提。 目前,国内音乐剧还处在探索阶段,尤其教学与相关理论研究才刚刚起步,因此,探索完善音乐剧专业舞蹈教师素质的具体途径,对音乐剧专业的师资队伍建设以及音乐剧专业的教学实践与学科建设具有非常重要的意义。
[Abstract]:Musical has a history of more than 20 years since its entry into China in the 1980's. As a new specialty in the field of art, musical has been developed in recent years. Whether it is the frequent appearance of the word musical in TV programs, the increasing number of musical performances year by year, or the establishment of a musical teaching and creative research institute, as well as the establishment and expansion of the musical profession throughout the country, Let us see the welcome changes of musicals in China. From 1995 to now, musicals have sprung up all over the country. However, the haste of time is enough to see that the establishment of musical major has not been prepared carefully for a long time, especially, the current situation of teaching staff construction of musical major is not optimistic, and the teachers' level is not uniform among the professional colleges and universities. At present, the professional quality structure of domestic musical professional dance teachers is not very ideal, can be said in some aspects of literacy is missing. It is this kind of deficiency that makes the teaching of musical dance more and more difficult. To rely on higher education in the future to cultivate qualified musicals teachers obviously can not solve the urgent needs of the current, so teachers in the post of self-promotion and improvement has become an effective way. Based on the dance teachers who have set up musical professional schools in China, this paper discusses the rational quality structure of musical professional dance teachers, the representation of the missing qualities and their causes, and the ways to perfect them respectively in three chapters. Based on the analysis of the present teaching situation of musical major, the ideal quality structure of musical professional dance teacher is further constructed from the four roles that the professional dance teacher has to undertake in the teaching work. That is to say, as a musical actor, he has the professional qualities of dance, singing, lines and acting, the ability of teaching design, the ability of classroom teaching, the ability of teaching evaluation, the ability of teaching evaluation and so on, the ability of teaching design, the ability of teaching evaluation and so on. As the choreographer of musical dance, he has the ability to interpret the script, the ability to understand the music, the ability to create the dance, the ability to rehearse the dance, the ability to grasp the effect of the performance, the ability of the researcher to study the theory. Musical theoretical knowledge, theoretical teaching ability. At the same time, with the help of literature survey, investigation, interview and other research methods, this paper studies the basic professional qualities of dance teachers in the relevant art categories, the teaching literacy of musical dance courses, and so on. Musical dance rehearsals and creative literacy, with the various categories of art and the ability to coordinate with each link, theoretical research literacy and many other aspects of the lack. Finally, the author puts forward some specific ways for teachers to improve their professional literacy, improve the knowledge and skills of various artistic categories, improve their comprehensive performance and creative ability, enhance their research ability and win the support of the school. At the same time, it puts forward that teachers' lofty professional ideal and love of musicals should be an important prerequisite for teachers' quality improvement. At present, domestic musicals are still in the exploratory stage, especially the teaching and related theoretical research has just started. Therefore, to explore the specific ways to improve the quality of professional dance teachers in musicals, It is of great significance to the construction of teaching staff and the teaching practice and discipline construction of musical major.
