音乐剧在我国市场化运作的分析

【摘要】:音乐剧进入中国市场已经有近30年了,但是目前我国的音乐剧发展没有形成产业化的规模。市场发展也呈现出诸多问题,如演出经营者缺乏市场观念、演出票价过高,赠票过多、市场化运作尚未形成等。如果经营者将管理制度化、科学化;表演者不断加强自身的专业技能;不断开发新的客户以及潜在客户;监督者应当合理应对市场出现的各种问题,及时引导市场向健康的方向发展。在产业化的过程中也可以借鉴"麦当劳模式"的发展,在巨制的基础上,复制精心排演的音乐剧,用较低的成本将音乐剧的最大价值开发出来。
[Abstract]:Musical has entered the Chinese market for nearly 30 years, but the development of musicals in our country has not formed the scale of industrialization. There are many problems in market development, such as the lack of market concept, the high ticket price, too much ticket donation, and the lack of market operation. If the operator institutionalizes management and makes it more scientific; the performer constantly strengthens his professional skills; develops new customers and potential customers; and the supervisor should deal with the problems that arise in the market. Timely guide the market to the healthy direction of development. In the process of industrialization, we can also draw lessons from the development of "McDonald's model", on the basis of a large scale, copy carefully rehearsed musicals, and develop the maximum value of musicals at a lower cost.
