【摘要】：梅兰芳与地方戏演员一起,共同推动戏曲艺术向前跃动,缔造了中国戏曲的华彩历史,给了我们很多精神启示。其一,与时俱进,悟透传统,全面继承,不断创新。其二,用宽阔的胸怀,卓越的担当,呵护和扶持与民众息息相关的、被民众所喜爱的所有民间地方戏曲。其三,戏曲剧目的改编移植是戏曲艺术的重要传统之一,也是发展繁荣戏曲剧目的重要举措。其四,做人是艺术家生命的最高境界。梅兰芳的儒雅、刚正、和蔼、温文、好学、多思、智慧和多才,是中国传统知识分子的典型代表,也是成就他事业走向辉煌的内在品质。
