论我国戏剧产业发展中的政府职能

【摘要】：在知识经济迅猛发展的今天,文化产业经由商业动机的刺激和经济链条的中介,已成为第三产业中迅速崛起的一个庞大的“产业群”。作为21世纪的朝阳产业和新兴产业,文化产业正在以全新的方式改变着中国文化建设和文化发展的形态。而戏剧产业作为一种特殊的文化产业中的一部分,时刻在文化领域中得到关注,无可置疑的是,戏剧文化最终形成戏剧产业是社会经济发展的必然结果,而在戏剧产业发展的过程中明确政府所发挥的职能和作用,对于促进我国戏剧产业的健康发展,以及体现我国文化产业的整体实力和国际竞争力有着深远的影响。我国具有丰富的戏剧文化资源,但文化产业发展相对滞后,因此,发展戏剧产业是戏剧文化今后的发展方向。在经济全球化、经济文化一体化发展的背景下,中国当代戏剧文化的发展必然要走产业发展的道路。戏剧产业作为一种特殊文化产业中的一部分,到底如何认识它的发展趋势、意义及现状特点,如何处理戏剧产业发展与政府的职能发挥的关系以及在戏剧产业发展的进程中政府应如何转变其职能,如何采取正确的对策来引导、规范戏剧产业的发展等一系列问题,都将成为我们必须加以研究、处理和解决的主要问题。本文从我国戏剧产业的发展与政府职能的关系入手,对我国戏剧产业的发展及政府对其管理的现状进行分析,从戏剧产业发展中政府的职能偏差及原因分析,提出本论文需解决的一系列问题,研究我国戏剧产业发展中政府的职能、作用,最后提出相关对策来正确引导和调控戏剧产业的发展,从而给我国戏剧文化的繁荣和发展带来更多的机遇和挑战,并加速我国戏剧产业更快、更好的发展。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of knowledge economy, cultural industry has become a huge "industrial group" in the tertiary industry through the stimulation of business motive and the intermediary of economic chain. As a sunrise industry and a new industry in the 21st century, cultural industry is changing the form of Chinese cultural construction and cultural development in a new way. As a part of a special cultural industry, drama industry is always concerned in the field of culture. It is beyond doubt that the ultimate formation of drama culture is the inevitable result of social and economic development. In the course of the development of the drama industry, it is very important to clarify the functions and functions of the government in order to promote the healthy development of the drama industry of our country, and to reflect the overall strength and international competitiveness of the cultural industry of our country. Our country has abundant drama culture resources, but the development of cultural industry is relatively lagging behind, therefore, the development of drama industry is the development direction of drama culture in the future. Under the background of economic globalization and economic and cultural integration, the development of Chinese contemporary drama culture must follow the road of industrial development. As a part of a special cultural industry, how to understand the development trend, significance and current characteristics of drama industry? How to deal with the relationship between the development of the drama industry and the function of the government, how the government should change its functions in the course of the development of the drama industry, how to take the correct countermeasures to guide and standardize the development of the drama industry, etc. Will become the main problem that we must study, deal with and solve. Starting with the relationship between the development of Chinese drama industry and the functions of the government, this paper analyzes the development of the drama industry in China and the present situation of the government's management, and analyzes the deviation and reasons of the government's functions in the development of the drama industry. This paper puts forward a series of problems to be solved in this paper, studies the functions and functions of the government in the development of the drama industry in China, and finally puts forward some relevant countermeasures to guide and regulate the development of the drama industry correctly. Thus, it brings more opportunities and challenges to the prosperity and development of Chinese drama culture, and accelerates the development of Chinese drama industry faster and better.
