市场化语境中的越剧变迁——以上海萧雅文化艺术有限公司为例

【摘要】：文章以上海萧雅文化艺术有限公司为例,阐述我国当前民营戏曲职业院团为了迎合市场需求,在音乐创作的唱腔和作曲方面加入现代手法以面对更大的受众群;在舞台表演中设置互动环节以拉近观众与演员的距离,在演出服装、化妆、舞美等方面巧妙地节省成本以维持机构正常运转;在公司内部实行"一戏一聘制"和"一戏一核算"的管理制度并积极向外拓展其他演艺业务以保障其健康、有序地发展。
[Abstract]:Taking Shanghai Xiaoya Culture and Art Co., Ltd as an example, this paper expounds that in order to meet the needs of the market, the troupe of private opera vocational college in our country adds modern techniques to the singing and composition of music creation in order to face a larger audience. In order to close the distance between the audience and the actors in the stage performance set up interactive links in the performance of clothing makeup dance and other aspects of clever cost savings to maintain the normal operation of the organization; In order to ensure its healthy and orderly development, the management system of "one play one hire system" and "one play one account" system are implemented in the company.
