表演艺术中演员道德素质培养研究

【摘要】：在表演教学的过程当中,应该特别重视学生们的总体素质与创作素质的培养。我在这里提到的总体素质是指演员必须具备的生活知识方面的素养、思想品德、情操、文化知识与修养,以及作为演员的职业道德和在二度创作方面上的热情与积极、主动性;“创作素质”指演员对作品的深刻的理解能力,对日常生活,特别是对生活当中的人的深入细致的观察力,在舞台上的注意力、想象力、判断力、感受力、表现力以及真实感、节奏感、真实感、形象感、风格体裁等内部素质。不管是总体素质也好,创作素质也好,都需要有演员的道德素质作为支撑,道德素质是作为一名优秀表演艺术工作者的基本要求。本文主要通过对中国传统文化的分析,研究了演员的道德素质与表演艺术的融合,从而对演员的道德素质培养提出建议。
[Abstract]:In the process of performing teaching, we should pay special attention to the cultivation of students' overall quality and creative quality. The overall quality I have mentioned here refers to the qualities of life knowledge, morality, sentiment, cultural knowledge and accomplishment that an actor must possess, as well as the professional ethics of an actor and his enthusiasm and initiative in second creation; "Creative quality" refers to the actors' profound understanding of the work, their deep and meticulous observation of everyday life, especially the people in their lives, their attention, imagination, judgment, sensitivity, expressiveness and realism on the stage. Internal qualities such as rhythm, realism, image, style and genre. Both the overall quality and the creative quality need to be supported by the moral qualities of the actors. Moral quality is the basic requirement of an excellent performing arts worker. Based on the analysis of Chinese traditional culture, this paper studies the fusion of actor's moral quality and performing art, and puts forward some suggestions for the cultivation of actor's moral quality.
