【摘要】: 在戏剧表演中获得有机交流的关键在于倾听。表演中的倾听是一个广义的概念,指演员接受五感信息,通过内心产生藉以驱动反动作的体验的过程。五感信息是演员产生体验的基本素材,来源于五觉对于世界的感知。古人用于自称的汉字“吾”——“五口”正描绘了这种五感打开,充分接受五感信息的状态。五感信息本身并无意义,需要内心——意识加以处理后才能产生意义和体验,因此倾听是从“吾”到“悟”的过程。要获得/找回表演交流中的倾听能力,需要去除蒙蔽五感和内心的“听障”。自我意识、日常生活中过度的感官刺激和只专注于预想的对象的习惯是蒙蔽五感的障碍;刻意地“创造”体验和“再生”体验,是阻碍内心在自然地产生体验的障碍。去除障碍后,还需要学习倾听的对象和技巧。按照五感信息来源的分别——来自当下的外界或是身体内部的“记忆仓库”,倾听分成外听和内听两种。Anne Bogart和Tina Landau的“九个身体视点”对于倾听的对象做出了细化而有效的归类,藉此使得演员借助有意识的倾听手段,逐渐养成下意识的倾听习惯。此外,倾听不仅仅使一种舞台技巧,更是一种演员的职业道德。
[Abstract]:The key to organic communication in theatrical performances is listening. Listening in performance is a broad concept. It refers to the process of actors receiving the information of five senses and generating inner feelings to drive the experience of counter-action. The information of five senses is the basic material for actors to produce experience and comes from the perception of the five senses to the world. The ancient Chinese character "Wu"-"five mouth" depicts the state of the five senses opening and fully accepting the five senses information. The five senses information itself has no meaning and needs to be dealt with by the inner consciousness before it can produce meaning and experience, so listening is the process from "I" to "realization". To gain / recover listening skills in performing communication, you need to remove the five senses of hoodwinking and the inner hearing barrier. Self-awareness, excessive sensory stimulation in daily life and the habit of focusing only on preconceived objects are obstacles to blinding the five senses; deliberately "creating" and "regenerating" experiences are obstacles to the natural production of experience within the heart. After removing obstacles, you also need to learn listening objects and skills. According to the difference between the sources of information of the five senses-the "memory warehouse" that comes from the outside world or the inner body of the body, Listening is divided into external listening and internal listening. Anne Bogart and Tina Landau's "Nine body Viewpoints" make a detailed and effective classification of listening objects, which enables actors to gradually develop the habit of subconscious listening by means of conscious listening. In addition, listening is not only a stage skill, but also an actor's professional ethics.
