包银制向戏份制转变的原因及其意义

【摘要】：同光时期,戏份制代替包银制,这是京剧史上具有标志性意义的事件,它从物质利益上调动了京剧伶人的积极性,使商品经济的原则在京剧领域中得到渗透,从而带来了京剧表演艺术的繁荣,促进了京剧戏班的历史变革。随着戏份制的推行,优秀伶人的收入大大地增加了,伶人在经济上获得了独立,经济地位的提高必然带来社会地位的提高。
[Abstract]:In the same period of light, it was a landmark event in the history of Beijing Opera to replace the silver system with the part of the opera, which mobilized the enthusiasm of the actors in the Beijing opera from the material interest, and made the principles of the commodity economy permeate the field of Beijing opera. This brought about the prosperity of Beijing Opera performing arts and promoted the historical reform of Peking Opera troupe. With the implementation of the share system, the income of the outstanding actors has greatly increased, the actors have gained independence in economy, and the improvement of the economic status will inevitably lead to the improvement of the social status.
