洛杉矶非营利剧团（LATC）运营模式研究

【摘要】：洛杉矶戏剧中心(Los Angeles Theater Center,简称LATC)是位于美国加州洛杉矶市中心涌泉路(Spring Street)上的一所中等规模的非营利剧团。2006年1月,在非营利地方剧院于全美逐渐成为一种文化现象的背景下,加州文化历史基金会为当时进驻在剧院的拉丁裔戏剧团(The Latino Theater Company)提供了四百万美金的资金,帮助其发展建设成为洛杉矶市一所重要的非营利戏剧机构。在近十年的发展下,LATC不仅成功地实践了非营利剧团的经营模式,还创作、引进了大量对洛杉矶戏剧发展具有影响力的剧目,逐渐成为美国,尤其是南加州地区多元文化的一个重要展示窗口。通过对LATC这个典型的美国中型非营利剧团的运营案例分析,本文拟探索分析美国非营利剧团的经营现状和运营模式。并在分析我国当代戏剧院团经营现状和所存在的障碍的基础上,结合LATC剧团这一案例,对我国当代戏剧院团的商业经营和艺术建设等方面提出可操作性的建议。
[Abstract]:Los Angeles Drama Center (LATC) is a medium-sized nonprofit theater company based on (Spring Street), Yongquan Road, downtown Los Angeles, California, in January 2006. As the nonprofit local theater became a cultural phenomenon in the United States, the California Cultural and Historical Foundation provided $4 million in funding for the Latino theater group (The Latino Theater Company), which was then based in the theater. To help develop it into an important non-profit theater organization in Los Angeles. Under the development of nearly a decade, LATC not only successfully practiced the business model of the non-profit theater company, but also created and introduced a large number of plays with influence on the development of Los Angeles drama, and gradually became the United States. In particular, Southern California is an important showcase for multiculturalism. By analyzing the operation case of LATC, a typical American medium-sized non-profit theater company, this paper intends to explore the present situation and operation mode of American non-profit theater group. On the basis of analyzing the present situation and obstacles of the management of contemporary theatrical troupes in our country, combined with the case of LATC Theatre Troupe, this paper puts forward some operable suggestions on the commercial management and artistic construction of the troupe of contemporary theatres in our country.
