泉厦南音专业团体南音文化传承发展效应研究

【摘要】：文章基于泉厦两地南音专业团体实地调研,从乐团现存情况、人员结构、运营方式三个方面概括乐团发展现状。根据数据资料统计,从近年来乐团对外文化交流、个人与团体获奖情况来分析在南音文化传承中发挥的成效以及乐团发展的潜在问题;"十三五"时期文化发展的有利环境,给泉厦南音专业团体带来了机遇与挑战,文章从乐团自身长远发展和更好地发挥南音专业团体在南音文化传承发展中的作用,提出要调整传统管理模式、提高乐团服务品质和引入市场发展机制三点策略建议,要建立起从政府管理层面到乐团再到市场的"三位一体、内外协调"稳定、健康、有序发展的良好环境,在南音文化传承中发挥其"国家队"的作用。
[Abstract]:Based on the field investigation of the Nanyin professional organizations in Quanzhou-Xiamen, this paper summarizes the present situation of the orchestra from three aspects: the existing situation, the personnel structure, and the mode of operation of the orchestra. According to the statistics of the data, from the recent years, the Orchestra has exchanged foreign cultures. Individual and group awards have been given to analyze the achievements in the transmission of Nanyin culture and the potential problems in the development of the Orchestra. The favorable environment for cultural development during the 13th Five-Year Plan period has brought opportunities and challenges to the Quanxia Nanyin professional group. Based on the long-term development of the Orchestra itself and the role of Nanyin professional organizations in the development of Nanyin culture, the paper puts forward three strategic suggestions on adjusting the traditional management mode, improving the service quality of the orchestra and introducing the market development mechanism. It is necessary to establish a "trinity, internal and external coordination", a stable, healthy and orderly development environment from the government management level to the orchestra to the market, so as to play a role of "national team" in the transmission of Nanyin culture.
