就业导向下的中职院校学前教育专业音乐课程设置研究

【摘要】:进入新世纪以来,随着学前教育事业的蓬勃发展,学前教育专业也成为职业院校的热门专业之一。学前教育体系的不断完善,各高等院校为社会培养、输送了大批优秀的幼儿教师人才,赢得了幼儿教育机构、幼儿家长及社会各界的广泛好评。当前,幼儿教育市场尚未达到人才饱和的地步,对于幼教人才尚具有较大的需求量。因此,各中、高职院校的学前教育专业毕业生一直保持着极高的就业率。然而,我们在处于有利局面的同时,还应该具备忧患意识,注意到良好形式背后隐藏的潜在问题:其一,终有一天,学前教育专业也可能达到人才需求饱和的境地,各中高职院校的学前教育专业应未雨绸缪,尽早制定提升办学质量的计划、策略,以便应对未来可能出现的幼教人才需求饱和危机;其二,中职院校的学前教育专业毕业生在面临高职院校、本科院校学前教育专业毕业生竞争的局面中,如何能够强化、彰显自身优势来顺利地实现高质量的就业,这也是摆在中职院校幼教专业师资队伍面前一道值得深入思考、探究的课题。有鉴于当前中职院校学前教育专业音乐教学中实践教学偏薄弱的现状,笔者认为,克服薄弱的“瓶颈”制约之处,就能够有效推动中职学前教育专业教学改革的发展,就能有效提升中职学前教育专业音乐教学质量。故而,笔者选择了“就业导向下的中职院校学前教育专业音乐课程设置研究”为课题,拟在实地调研的基础上,来探求从课程设置方面推动中职学前教育专业音乐方向实践教学发展的思路与方法。本课题的开展主要通过以下几个方面展开:绪论部分是对课题研究内容的研究背景、国内外研究现状、研究方法、特色及创新点的论述,简要的对本次研究内容的分析。第一章是对中职院校学前教育专业音乐教学的现状分析,结合三所中职院校的音乐教学开展现状,对学校的音乐教学课程设置分析、学生的学习内容和情感探析、师资队伍的素质与教学方法、课程考核评价内容、毕业生就业情况进行分析。第二章在前面的实地调研的基础上对当前中职院校学前教育专业音乐课程中存在的问题进行了梳理,主要集中在以下几个方面:第一中职院校学前教育专业的音乐教学开展与高校音乐课程设置的同质化倾向显著、第二幼儿音乐教学实践类课程内容较为陈旧、第三幼儿音乐教学法类课程内容较为陈旧、第四音乐美学及文化类课程的相对缺失、第五缺乏教师自主开发的校本课程。第三章是对改进中职院校学前教育专业音乐课程的措施与策略,主要针对上一章节的五点问题进行了策略的应对。第一,调整课程设置,突出中职音乐教育的要求及特色、第二着力增加幼儿音乐教学实践类课程所占比例、用新型教学方法充实幼儿音乐教学法类课程、第四适当增设音乐美学及文化类课程、第五鼓励音乐教师自主开发校本音乐课程等。结论是对全面进行的总结。
[Abstract]:Since entering the new century, with the rapid development of preschool education, preschool education has become one of the popular professional occupation colleges. Preschool education system continues to improve, the universities and colleges to cultivate and transport a large number of teachers of outstanding talent, won the children's education institutions, widely praise of parents and the community. At present, the market has not yet reached the point of preschool education talents for pre-school education is saturated, has big demand. Therefore, the specialty of preschool education in higher vocational colleges, graduates has maintained a high employment rate. In view of the current practice of music teaching in preschool education in vocational schools teaching situation, the author thinks that the weak, weak to overcome the "bottleneck" of the development, can effectively promote the teaching reform of preschool education specialty in secondary vocational schools the music can improve the teaching quality of preschool education specialty in secondary vocational schools. The first chapter is the analysis of the present situation of music teaching in secondary vocational preschool education professional colleges and universities, combining with the current situation of music teaching in Higher Vocational Colleges to carry out the analysis in three, set on the school music teaching course of learning content and emotion the quality of students, teachers and teaching methods, curriculum evaluation, analysis of the employment situation of graduates. The second chapter is based on the front research field.
