古筝集体课教学在青少年音乐教育中的作用与实践

【摘要】:随着我国传统文化的兴起,经济社会的发展及人民生活的极大丰富。古筝也越来越受到人民的喜欢与关注。但是,优秀古筝老师的匮乏与人民群众对古筝教育需求的增加之间存在供需不平衡的矛盾。因此,古筝教育将必然广泛地采用集体课教学的模式。目前的古筝集体课还处于摸索的阶段,没有成熟。但是古筝学者已经总结了集体课的诸多优势。在学习他人的经验基础上,根据作者自己的教学实践,研究了一套比较符合实际需要的集体课复合模式教学方法。通过将集体课中的集体、个人、互相三大模块有机结合,既能保证集体课优势的充分发挥,又尽量保证类似于一对一教学的效果。同时,作者也提出了保证集体课质量需要做到的其他工作,包括教材、师资、分组及课堂设计。
[Abstract]:With the rise of Chinese traditional culture, economic and social development and people's life is very rich. Guzheng also more and more people like and concern. However, there is a contradiction between the shortage of excellent guzheng teachers and the increasing demand for guzheng education. Therefore, guzheng education will inevitably adopt the mode of collective teaching. At present, the collective class of Zheng is still in the stage of groping, not mature. But guzheng scholars have summed up many advantages of collective class. On the basis of learning the experience of others and according to the author's own teaching practice, this paper studies a set of teaching method of collective class compound mode which meets the practical needs. By organically combining the collective, individual and mutual three modules in collective class, we can not only ensure the full play of the advantages of collective class, but also guarantee the effect similar to one-to-one teaching as far as possible. At the same time, the author also puts forward some other work that must be done to ensure the quality of collective class, including teaching materials, teachers, grouping and classroom design.
