运动生理学理论在二胡演奏中的应用

【摘要】:本课题的研究灵感源于笔者对十几年习琴生涯中所遇到的诸多技术技巧训练的困惑与阻碍及利用课余时间对社会业余演奏者辅导的过程中所遇到的现实需求。同时通过导师刘顺的引荐,得到德国音乐演奏生物学力学研究者、帅巴赫模式创始人、前星海音乐学院二胡讲师林一明先生针对持琴前的一套较完备的“手指操”训练的启发所引发了对如何解决在学习二胡过程中遇到的实质性问题及符合对演奏者的除演奏之外如何对身体机能进行具有针对性的训练和培养的思考,试图找到一种行之有效的训练方法和思考方式。主要针对人体骨骼肌机能、呼吸系统、反射性活动及训练个案几大方面进行理解性阐述。
