基于戈费领导力模型的高校音乐教师教学能力模式研究

【摘要】:英国组织行为学教授罗伯特·戈费和加雷斯·琼斯建立的组织领导力模型(即戈费领导力模型)中的"情景感应器"理论、"强势同理心"理论、"个性激励"理论等理论模式,为变革高校音乐教学能力培养方式提供了有益的途径和方法。借鉴吸收戈费领导力模型理论,通过营造师生和谐文化,给予学生有距离的关爱,感应学生学习生活的诉求,激励音乐艺术个性的发展等途径构建基于教师领导力的新型教学模式,对发展高校音乐教师艺术特质,提高音乐教学能力,营造积极和谐教育教学校园文化具有有益的价值。
[Abstract]:The "situational sensor" theory, the "strong empathy" theory, and the "personality motivation" theory in the organizational leadership model (i.e. the Goofy leadership model) developed by Robert Goofy and Gareth Jones, professors of organizational behavior in the UK, are theoretical models, such as the "situational sensor" theory, the "strong empathy" theory, the "personality motivation" theory, and so on. It provides a beneficial way and method for reforming the cultivation way of music teaching ability in colleges and universities. Draw lessons from Gofer leadership model theory, through building a harmonious culture between teachers and students, to give students distance care, sensing students' demands of learning and living. The construction of a new teaching model based on teachers' leadership through encouraging the development of musical artistic personality has beneficial value for developing the artistic characteristics of music teachers in colleges and universities, improving the ability of music teaching, and creating a positive and harmonious education and teaching campus culture.
