Z唱片集团企业文化建设研究

随着企业文化越来越成为企业建设与发展中的关键因素和当前新时代文化发展方向的界定,国有企业的企业文化建设能否符合国家新时代文化发展的需求,本文以中国国企Z唱片集团有限公司为案例,来研究国有企业的企业文化建设所存在的现状和策略。通过分析Z唱片集团的宏观发展环境和企业微观运营情况、理清公司发展现状,梳理国内外发展情状与社会文化差异影响下Z唱片集团建设上的弊端,进行母公司与子公司制度文化比较分析,通过企业文化建设中员工接受度现状的调查,发现企业员工在接受公司当前文化过程中存在的问题,对于Z唱片集团有限公司的企业文化建设情况与问题进行了详实的研究,同时希望通过研究Z唱片集团企业文化建设中存在的问题和对策,能对其他国企文化建设中存在的问题及对策研究提供参考。
