流行歌曲自动旋律写作与伴奏编配系统(英文)

我们提出了一个为流行音乐写作旋律与编配伴奏的系统.该系统采用与人们写作音乐类似的步骤,平行地生成旋律与钢琴伴奏两部分.具体地,系统以和弦行进为输入,先后通过3个模型生成主旋律与伴奏:1)和弦修改模型将输入和弦行进修改为一个更加适应流行音乐风格的和弦行进;2)旋律生成模型利用seasonal ARMA(Autoregressive Moving Average)生成主旋律与伴奏中的每一个声部(或旋律线条);3)旋律整合模型将不同的伴奏声部整合在一起作为最后的钢琴伴奏.通过主观听觉实验来评价我们的模型,实验结果显示:由本系统生成的旋律得分要显著高于利用双向长短期记忆(Long Short-Term Memory,LSTM)网络生成的旋律,而伴奏编配结果也与目前最高水平的商业软件Band in a Box(BIAB)的表现相当.
