对中国合唱指挥人才培养渠道问题的思考

【摘要】：由于我国实行"走出去,引进来"的发展战略,中外之间开始频繁的进行文化交流,我国在合唱方面学习国外先进管理理念以及丰富经验,以此充实自身,通过学习,我国许多合唱团参加各种国际合唱节与合唱比赛,并在比赛中取得了较好的成绩,推动我国合唱事业进入繁荣发展的阶段。但我国的合唱艺术与欧美国家相比依旧存在较大差异。
[Abstract]:Because of the development strategy of "going out, bringing in", our country began to carry out frequent cultural exchanges between China and foreign countries. In chorus, our country learned foreign advanced management concepts and rich experience, so as to enrich itself and learn by studying. Many choirs in China participated in various international chorus festivals and chorus competitions, and achieved good results in the competition, which promoted the choral cause to enter the stage of prosperity and development. But the choral art of our country still has the big difference compared with the European and American countries.
