用科学机制选拔优秀艺术人才——关于青歌赛若干问题的思考

【摘要】：青年歌手大奖赛是一项对我国音乐与文化繁荣有重要促进作用的赛事。二十四年来推出了大量优秀人才和音乐作品。当前,要通过改革建立更加科学合理公正的大赛制度,保证大赛的质量和公正性,使其真正成为优秀人才的大摇篮。
[Abstract]:The Young Singers Grand Prix is an important event to promote the prosperity of music and culture in our country. In the past 24 years, a large number of outstanding talents and music works have been launched. At present, it is necessary to establish a more scientific, reasonable and fair competition system through reform to ensure the quality and fairness of the competition, so that it can really become the cradle of outstanding talents.
