治疗性介入呼吸病技术的新领域——气管T管的临床应用

【摘要】：随着硬质支气管镜及介入呼吸病技术在我国的蓬勃发展,从事介入呼吸病专业的呼吸科医生已具备了通过硬镜下开展气管T管置入术治疗气管上段狭窄的条件。与传统的外科法气管T管置入术相比,硬镜下气管T管置入术具有一定的微创优势,但鉴于喉及声门下气管区域狭窄的复杂性,一种技术仍然无法解决所有的临床问题,了解两种技术的区别、选择恰当的治疗方案及严格掌握T管置入适应证,才能最终减少手术并发症,为病患提供最佳疗效。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of rigid bronchoscopy and interventional respiratory disease technology in China. The respiratory doctor who specializes in interventional respiratory diseases has the condition to treat the upper trachea stenosis by using hard endoscope, compared with the traditional surgical method of trachea T tube implantation. T-tube placement under hard endoscopy has some minimally invasive advantages, but in view of the complexity of larynx and subglottic tracheal stenosis, one technique can not solve all clinical problems and understand the difference between the two techniques. Choosing the appropriate treatment and strictly grasping the indication of T tube implantation can ultimately reduce the complications of the operation and provide the best curative effect for the patients.
