白虎汤加减治疗脑卒中并发多重耐药菌所致肺炎的效果

【摘要】：目的观察白虎汤加减治疗脑卒中并发多重耐药菌所致肺炎的临床疗效。方法筛选纳入60例脑卒中并发多重耐药菌所致肺部感染患者,随机分为两组,每组30例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用白虎汤加减口服,1周后对症状、白细胞计数、中性粒细胞百分比、淋巴细胞百分比、降钙素原等指标进行比较统计。结果观察组在改善肺炎症状、生化指标等方面优于对照组(P0.05)。结论白虎汤加减治疗脑卒中并发多重耐药菌所致肺部感染,能有效改善肺部感染相关症状及生化指标,让患者更好、更快地恢复神经缺损功能,减少住院费用,提高患者生活质量。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical efficacy of Baihu decoction in treating pneumonia caused by multidrug resistant bacteria in stroke. Methods 60 patients with pulmonary infection caused by multidrug resistant bacteria were selected and randomly divided into two groups. There were 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine western medicine, the observation group was treated with Baihu decoction for 1 week after oral administration of Baihu decoction, the percentage of neutrophils, the percentage of lymphocytes, the number of leukocytes, the percentage of neutrophils, and the percentage of lymphocytes, Results the observation group was superior to the control group in improving the symptoms of pneumonia and biochemical indexes. Conclusion Baihu decoction is effective in treating pulmonary infection caused by multidrug resistant bacteria in cerebral apoplexy. It can effectively improve the symptoms and biochemical indexes of pulmonary infection, make the patients better, recover the function of nerve defect more quickly, reduce the cost of hospitalization, and improve the quality of life of the patients.
