Wright雾化器释雾量的比较

【摘要】:目的明确Wright雾化器在雾化过程中的释雾量变化,为建立支气管激发试验质量控制标准提供依据。方法对4个不同的Wright雾化器分别加入2mL生理盐水,在压缩空气(压力=344.7kpa)的驱动下,以8、9、10L/min的流速分别雾化2分钟各5次,分别测定其释雾量并进行组间比较,并计算其变异率。结果 4个不同Wright雾化器以8L/min的流量雾化2分钟的平均释雾量分别为:0.1mL/min、0.096mL/min、0.095mL/min、0.108mL/minm(p0.05),变异率分别为:0%、10%、0%、4.54%;以9L/min的释雾量分别为:0.125mL/min、0.124mL/min、0.098mL/min、0.130mL/min(p0.05),变异率分别为:7.69%、7.69%、5%、7.4%;以10L/min的释雾量分别为:0.142mL/min、0.141mL/min、0.122mL/min、0.137mL/min(p0.05),变异率分别为:10%、6.89%、7.69%、7.14%。结论不同Wright雾化器在同一压缩空气流速下的释雾量的差异有显著性,同一Wright雾化器在不同压缩空气流速下的释雾量有一定的变化,但变异率不超过10%。因此采用Wright雾化器进行2分钟潮气呼吸法支气管激发试验前,应对不同的雾化器分别进行释雾量定标,以保证达到要求的释雾量,相同的雾化器在同一流速下产生的释雾量相对稳定。
[Abstract]:Objective to determine the change of the amount of fog released from Wright atomizer during atomization, and to provide the basis for establishing the quality control standard of bronchial provocation test. Methods four different Wright nebulizers were added with 2 mL normal saline respectively. Driven by compressed air (pressure of 344.7 KPA), the atomization rate of 810L / min was measured for 2 minutes and 5 times respectively, and the fogging amount was measured and compared among the groups. Results the average fog release rate of 4 different Wright nebulizer was 0.096 mL / min 0.096 mL / min 0.096 mL / min 0.095 mL / min / min 0.095 mL / min / min / min 0.095 mL / min / min / min = 0.108 mL / min / min / min / min = 0.108 mL / min / min / min / min / min = 0.125 mL / min / min = 0.125 mL / min / min / min 0.098 mL / min / min / min = 0.096 mL / min / min / min = 0.096 mL / min / min / min = 0.096 mL / min / min = 0.095 mL / min / min, respectively. The variation rates were 0.697.695mL / min / min / min = 0.125mL / min / min / min = 0.124mL / min / min / min = 0.124mL / min / min / min 0.098mL / min / min / min, respectively, respectively, with a variation rate of 7.697.695mL / min, respectively. The amount of fog released from the same Wright atomizer at different compressed air velocities varied to a certain extent, but the variation rate was not more than 10. Therefore, before using the Wright nebulizer for 2 minutes, the bronchochallenge test of tidal breathing method was carried out. Different atomizer should be calibrated to ensure the required amount of fog release, and the same atomizer at the same flow rate is relatively stable.
